The The Freshwater Trust (TFT) has developed and implemented innovative projects and transactional strategies throughout the Oregon portion of the Columbia Basin since 1994. TFT is a pioneer in developing a science-based methodology for targeting basins, watersheds, and stream segments which have the potential to benefit biologically from increased tributary flows. Oregon Water Trust (OWT) and Oregon Trout merged in Fall 2008 to become The Freshwater Trust. The TFT website is available at www.thefreshwatertrust.org.
